Lindy is the Director of Lindy Johnson Creative, which provides marketing, business development and publicity & media services to leading architecture and design firms in Australia and the UK.
She has 30 years’ experience working at senior levels of government and industry creating national and global demand for artists, designers and architects.
Lindy conceived and branded world-first government-to-business programs like HEAT Architecture. HEAT was a highly successful program for architects and designers, which generated millions of dollars in international editorial and new commissions.
She also created Australia’s first whole-of-government 2% for public art policy and the Ulysses program, which continues to use design to transform Australian businesses.
Lindy is a judge for Australia’s Good Design Awards, is on the Advisory Board of Bond University’s Abedian School of Architecture and a regular guest lecturer to universities and industry associations.

In a career spanning two decades, Tonia has worked as a TV producer with every national network. MasterChef, Good Morning Australia and the TV Week Logie Awards are among her credit rolls. Tonia holds a Bachelor of Business Communication (Journalism) and began her working life as Publicist for the Queensland Theatre Company. A flexible content creator, Tonia’s copy, scripts and social media posts have been deployed by Government agencies, retailers of luxury goods, professional service providers and property developers.
Pippa Hurst

Pippa is a communications and marketing professional with over two decades of experience in Australia and the UK. As a writer and graphic designer, she honed her skills in corporate design in Sydney before moving into publishing, working for Academy Editions and Dorling Kindersley in London. Pippa’s focus then shifted to the architectural sector, with communications roles in large, commercial practices, most recently at COX. An advocate for good design, she champions the industry through DesignFreo, an organisation she founded to give local designers a platform to share their work. Pippa loves bringing words and visuals together to tell stories and drive business.
Robert Heather

Design has always been a part of Robert Heather’s life. Growing up, his father ran architectural practices on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. After graduating from the University of Queensland, Robert enjoyed a long career in the arts and creative industries. He has held marketing, communications and leadership roles across the country — within regional galleries, as well as state cultural and tertiary educational institutions. These include the Art Gallery of New South Wales, State Library of Victoria and the University of New England. As a strategic thinker, Robert believes in connecting with audiences through clear, concise writing that engages readers and tells powerful stories.
